All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us. The person making the reservation must be at least [21] years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.

Rates are quoted per night in U.S. dollars and may vary by season. Applicable Tennessee state and local lodging taxes and any cleaning or service fees will be shown before you book.

• A deposit of [__%] is due at booking to secure your dates.
• The remaining balance is due [__ days] before arrival.
• Reservations with unpaid balances may be cancelled.

We may cancel a reservation due to severe weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected nights.

Check-in is from [4:00 PM] and check-out is by [11:00 AM]. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request. Access details will be sent before arrival.

The Timber Cabin accommodates up to 7 guests. Occupancy limits are set for safety and may not be exceeded. Visitors who are not registered guests require prior approval.

To keep the retreat peaceful and safe for everyone:

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
• Pets are [not permitted / permitted with prior approval and a pet fee].
• Quiet hours are from [10:00 PM] to [7:00 AM].
• Fires are permitted only in the provided fire pit and must never be left unattended.
• No parties or events without written approval.
• Please leave the cabin in the condition you found it.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit or card pre-authorization of [$___] may be required and will be released within [__ days] after check-out, less any charges for damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.

Karla’s Creek Retreat is set in a natural environment with creeks, trails, uneven terrain, wildlife, and changing weather. Activities such as hiking, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, UTV use, and fire pit use involve inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and are responsible for supervising children and members of your party. Guided experiences and rentals may require a separate waiver.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from your stay or use of the property, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Karla’s Creek Retreat and may not be copied without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content, including amenities and availability, is error-free.

Your use of our website and any information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Campbell] County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your stay.
